The X-15’s are one of Aarchon Records’ newest additions and as such, it is remarkable
that they have quickly become one of Aarchon’s top tier artists. They have a style
that is a blend of traditional surf music with haunting, rocker-boogie guitars and
overtones of truly romantic doo-wop – if you can even imagine it. It is at once familiar
yet fresh, retro yet modern. Their first release, “Zowie! It’s the X-15’s”, is currently
in the works and the works are saying, “Awesome.”
