Aarchon Records uses the innovative (and sometimes controversial) Linn-Marcotte Mapped
Tesseract ColorPointer Business Structure Model (LMMTCPBSM). In this model, the business
environment stays in a continuous dynamic state. All relationships between divisions
and departments vary over time and are mapped from pointers in color wheels to four-dimensional
“cube” with planes from the cube generating color grids that can then be used to
manage the corporate structure in an automated way. The diagram below provides a
snapshot of the system in one of the infinite number of states that are possible
at any one time. Since each division is unique in its mission and management requirements,
pointers are pre- and post-processed by various interceptors - e.g. process nodules,
refining pods, organ trunk assemblies, gauge meters, and stir pots. Below the division
level, similar color wheel pointer maps and processing modules are used all the way
down to the level of the individual. Individuals are represented in the system as
flow charts based on how complex the individual is. These flow charts are then converted
into computer algorithms that place the employee in the context of the overall corporate
monolith. This allows an array of computers to develop broad strategic plans as well
as highly detailed micro management schema and a bolus of daily schedules, diet requirements,
personal hygiene recommendations, and to-do lists for every employee at Aarchon.
Employee performance is measured objectively by the computer system and underachievers
as well as high performers are identified and provided feedback hourly. For underachievers,
an incentive package is automatically developed based on the employee’s personality
profile. These incentives can include such abstract (but time-proven) methodologies
as fire, acid, and insertion of pointed metal objects. In the case of high performers:
rehab. Executives also fall under jurisdiction of the automated evaluation system
with movement of product acting as a key factor in the evaluation process. Disputes
between workers or between factions in different hierarchies are resolved by placing
the parties in specialized cold rooms. Workers with excellent performance records
receive sizable bonus pay and an expanding set of benefits. This can include 12-month
paid vacations, Swiss bank accounts, a personal army, and possible designation as
President of the World (for one day).
